Raheleh on her „Expert Internship“ experience:

“I was given the opportunity to do my internship at Boehringer Ingelheim – one of the biggest pharmaceutical companies worldwide. Their branch in Vienna focuses on cancer research, which aligns with my current research interests. The internship gave me an insight into a new work environment, where I gained new valuable experiences and grew through new challenges. I also had the chance to be educated in industry terminology and processes through a diverse set of courses supported by the Boehringer Ingelheim’s teaching department – knowledge not to be found in textbooks or academic journals. As I would consider pursuing a career in the industry in the future, the internship was the perfect training in an industrial setting for me and I could learn how to manage a project.”
